Princess Kate Undergoes Successful Surgery at The London Clinic

In the beginning of the month, Princess Kate Middleton underwent a planned abdominal surgery at The London Clinic. The details of her condition remain unknown at the moment. Kensington Palace shared an update on her progress, stating that the surgery was successful.

According to the official statement from Kensington Palace, Princess Kate is expected to remain in the hospital for ten to fourteen days before returning home to continue her recovery. Based on current medical advice, she is unlikely to resume public duties until after Easter. The Princess of Wales hopes that the public will understand her desire to prioritize her children’s well-being and maintain their normal routine, as well as her wish for her personal medical information to remain private.

Husband, Prince William, has postponed his royal duties to be by his wife’s side during her recovery at The London Clinic. The Sun reported that he has been visiting her every day. However, their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, have not had the chance to see their mother yet.

Emily Nash, the royal editor of Hello!, mentioned that Princess Kate loves FaceTiming with her children when she is away, and they will likely have regular contact while she is in the hospital. The children are eagerly waiting for their mother to get well and return home. Both Prince William and Princess Kate are known for being hands-on parents, attending school events, sports matches, and concerts, and being there for their children’s bedtime routine. During Princess Kate’s hospital stay, Prince William will do his best to keep things as normal as possible for their family.

We wish Princess Kate a smooth and speedy recovery, and we look forward to seeing her back home with her loving family soon.
