One man, Anthony Loffredo, has pushed those limits with his transformation into what he calls the “black alien.”

At 35 years old, Anthony’s appearance turns heads wherever he goes. Reports suggest that he struggles to even land a job interview, as taxi drivers refuse to pick him up and some establishments won’t let him in. His pursuit of becoming the “black alien” has truly set him apart from the crowd.

While most of us might be satisfied with tattoos, unconventional piercings, or vibrant hair colors, Anthony took it to another level. He has undergone a nose amputation, had both ears cut off, tattooed his skin and eyeballs black, sliced his tongue in two, filed his teeth, and surgically removed two fingers. Additionally, he has burned demonic symbols into his flesh and implanted horns beneath his skin to achieve a more monstrous appearance.

According to the Daily Mail, Loffredo claims he is only 65 percent finished with his planned modifications. Future plans include amputating one of his legs and replacing it with a biomechanical one. Despite his extreme appearance, Anthony’s parents eventually grew supportive of his decision, and he even found love with model and tattoo enthusiast Melina Shakur.

Due to the legality of certain procedures, Loffredo often has to travel to other countries for surgeries. These surgeries are conducted in underground clinics and tattoo shops. However, recent reports suggest that he currently has no plans for further procedures. He wants to focus on living life authentically rather than altering his body.
