Dad whose body is completely covered in tattoos undergoes transformation for the sake of his young daughter

We all have things in our past that we’re not proud of, decisions we wish we could change, and words we would take back if we could. But could you imagine having regrets as large and visible as Ethan ‘ModBoy’ Bramble? This Australian body fanatic covered his body with over 200 tattoos, creating a unique look that garnered attention everywhere he went.

Expressing oneself through ink has become more common in recent years, with intricate and quirky tattoos being all the rage. However, for most people, there is a limit to what they are willing to do to modify their appearance. Ethan’s limits, on the other hand, went far beyond what most of us would consider.

At the young age of 11, Ethan had his first body modification, stretching his ears. Since then, he has undergone a series of procedures, including splitting his tongue and removing his belly button. But it’s his tattoos that truly differentiate him, as his body is entirely covered in ink. Ethan admits to spending around $60,000 AUD (approximately $39,000 USD) to achieve his current look.

However, Ethan now finds himself filled with a sense of regret and a desire to be perceived differently. In an interview with LadBibleTV’s No Filter series, he openly expressed his concerns about being judged while performing simple daily tasks, like taking his young daughter to school. He worries about the potential problems his face tattoos may cause for both himself and his daughter.

Reflecting on his choices, Ethan admits, “I wish that I had not gone as hectic as I did on my face.” With the sincere intention of cleaning up his image, Ethan has been undergoing painful laser surgery treatments to remove some of his tattoos. This process has taken him over a year, with several sessions to gradually clear the canvas of his face.

He explains, “I started getting it done because of the anxiety and stuff I was getting… Mental stuff is a funny thing to pin down, but I want to think that a lot of the anxiety was from just having a face full of tattoos.” Ethan is happy with the way he looks, but he also looks forward to the next two years, as his face tattoos will become less and less prominent.

Ethan’s transformation is not only for himself but for the happiness and well-being of his daughter. He wants to set an example and create a more approachable image. While his journey may not be easy, his determination and love for his family give him the strength to pursue the change he desires.
